Morning all!
• 125g flour
• 1 egg
• 250ml milk
All you have to do is whisk in the egg, then gradually add the milk and the batter is ready! Simple! You may want to use a little butter on the pan to make the pancakes easier to cook and flip!
Then you can add whatever toppings you like; my favourite options were:
• almond butter, honey and banana
• lemon curd with blueberries!
