EmiEats loves prawns

Happy Valentine's all!

I'm spending my day with my number one Valentine - food.  For dinner tonight I cooked up a prawn and crab sticks fried rice. I'm a serious lover of prawns, but they're often on the pricier side, so this is a little bit of a treat for me!

Ingredients:
- 1 diced carrot
-1 garlic clove
- 2 diced white close cup mushrooms 
- couple handfuls of peas
- tablespoon of veg oil 
- 4 or 5 sliced up crab sticks 
- small packet of prawns 
- around 250g cooked rice
- drizzle of soy sauce 

Method:
1) heat up the pan with the oil until it's nice and hot, then add in the peas and garlic first.
2)  After a few minutes add the peas and mushrooms. They go in after as they cook much quicker. 
3) add the rice, sliced up crab sticks and prawns. Drizzle a little soy sauce over it for added flavour and mix it all up. 

This makes around 2 portions, so if you are cooking for your other half, these measurements should be perfect, with a side salad, (I just had half a small avocado - another treat!)
