So exam season is looming and "try and get fit and healthy for summer" season is definitely in full swing...it's pretty tough and stressful to say the least!

Granola is a magical thing, in that you can use it in so many ways, the most obvious being just with a bit of yoghurt or milk in a bowl for breakfast, which is how I most commonly will eat it. Occasionally I like to mix it up...here are a couple ideas!
Cooked plums topped with granola & yoghurt;
1) Pre-heat the oven to about 180 degrees.
2) Halve and de-stone the plums. Place the plums on a baking tray, drizzle with lemon juice and honey.
3) Cook until soft, should take between 5 and 10 mins.
4) Top the plums with a generous handful of granola, a big dollop of yoghurt (I used Alpro Soya), a shake of cinnamon and a drizzle of honey for the perfect flavour balance!
This can be a breakfast dish or a healthy dessert and works with lots of different fruits.

2nd idea; Use it as a crumble topping - mix with butter/spread, a shake of cinnamon and a big tablespoon of plain flour and mix well before spreading over the fruit.
Lizi's Granola works perfectly as it provides a mix of textures and flavours, for example you can taste the sweet flavour of the dessicated coconut with the crunch of the seeds and nuts.
So if you spot any of the Lizi's Granolas on the shelf definitely grab one, you won't regret it!
